When I walked into that cabin on their wedding day, I wasn’t sure how Sheena was staying calm!! This girl had so many of her closest friends and family in that cabin, all getting themselves ready, as well as last minute details for the wedding. As I started doing her hair and makeup, I was the constant reminder for her to relax, and sit still! :] haha I think those few moments of getting ready, helped her prepare for those next wonderful few hours she was about to experience!
My journey with Sheena and Kyle started back with the FREE WEDDING GIVEWAY held by Miss Kristen Booth. We were very excited to start working with Sheena & Kyle. They are a seriously beautiful couple!! And their chemistry? Ridiculous! Love flows through these two. If you missed it, check out their lovely engagement shoot ! It was featured on one of our favorite wedding blogs, Glamour and Grace, For the Modern Vintage Bride!! We were definitely excited, and honored!!!
Now onto the wedding.. Their wedding was in the beautiful Big Bear, CA. A gorgeous mountain venue. Sheena had a gorgeous headband that we incoorperated into her look! I gave her a part up, curly and perfect do! Full of bounce and shine that the light, and camera, captured beautifully! :) As far as makeup, we did a Victoria Secret worthy, soft and clean look! Pinks, shimmers and lashes all made Sheena into the beautiful bride you’ll see in these images. Take a look!
This last segment, was creatively thought of by Sheena herself! Kristen of course jumped on this idea and LOVED it! And I have to say, I love it as well! What a special end to a beautiful evening!!
